Rob Jennings

Robert Jennings

Managing Director

Mr. Jennings' early career was serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, 0311 Infantry. He has over 30 years of experience in finance and real estate transactions. His career path has afforded him insight into an ever-changing industry, being directly involved with Fix & Flip throughout its maturity as an industry.

Mr. Jennings has operated in various roles from A to Z within the mortgage industry. He truly understands operations and sales, two key components to ensure successful results for investors.

Joining Acra Lending has afforded Mr. Jennings the opportunity to continue his mission of paying forward the knowledge and experience he has gained. This continues to be important in helping others to become effective in the industry.

Raymond Ricelli

Raymond Riccelli

Account Executive

Mr. Riccelli has been in the Financial Industry for over 20 years and has specialized in the Real Estate Investment sector for the last 10 years. He has worked with Investors, Developers, and Builders, and has structured Financing for projects ranging from Single Family Homes to Multifamily communities with hundreds of units.

Mr. Riccelli enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons and coaches a Junior High School Basketball Team in his community.

Keith Hale

Account Executive

Keith is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in the private lending space. Keith started his career in the early '90s working for one of the top private money mortgage brokerages in California, where Keith quickly became a top producer working with real estate investors. Soon thereafter Keith went to work for World Savings & Loan, one of the top portfolio lenders, where Keith headed the field underwriting department known mostly for working with mortgage brokers and real estate investors. After the real estate crash, Keith founded a private lending company where he continued to help real estate investors fund projects while helping his investors lend their money. Keith not only worked with clients and mortgage brokers directly, but also underwrote and made final decisions on lending.

After putting out over $100 million in private capital, Keith went back to work as an Account Executive in the private lending space. Not only is Keith well versed at helping others, he has also flipped more than 100 homes and prides himself on knowing both the ends and outs of private lending with hands-on experience.
